Lorenz Fiedler (PhD) is a researcher at the Eriksholm Research Centre. His research areas are auditory attention and listening effort in realistic listening scenarios. He focuses on the application of eye-tracking, pupillometry and electroencephalography to assess listening effort required for speech processing.

Lorenz published work on electrophysiological markers of auditory attention under demanding listening scenarios and the implementation of electroencephalography in hearing aids. Within the HEAR-ECO project he is co-supervising the work of Defne Alfandari and Patrycja Ksiazek.
