Tanveer Bhuiyan
Senior Researcher

I am working as a postdoc at the Cognitive Hearing Science (CHS) group headed by Prof. Thomas Lunner in Eriksholm Research Centre, Denmark. I have graduated in Electrical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and achieved a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering from Aalborg University (AAU), Denmark. My PhD was focused on investigating the Electro-Cardiogram (ECG) morphology parameters to identify drug induced cardiac repolarization changes- which can trigger arrhythmia. I have also worked in sensor fusion and stochastic processes.

Currently at Eriksholm, I am working with Extended Kalman Filter (EKF)-based sensor fusion to select target based on physiological and inertial data. I am very delighted to be part of the Hear-Eco and expect to contribute to the PhD project aimed at investigating the correlation between listening effort and the cardiac pre-ejection period.
